Yahoo has bought Israel-based online capture on tape streaming company, RayV, meant for an undisclosed sum, end months of speculation.
Launched in the sphere of 2005, RayV develops software to torrent HD videos through cell policy.
The streaming company has built a capture on tape distribution platform, which helps content creators distribute their do added by a long shot, and provides an enhanced viewing experience meant for the audience.
